My dog has very long nails that need clipping every month. He is extremely anxious. Michael & Cindy have been able to trim his nails without any problems. This is huge. Thanks you guys

Not sure if Cross had his anal gland expressed as requested, but as soon as he got home he began scooting his but on the rugs and tile floors. Is this a normal reaction to getting expressed? We do like his short cut and I appreciate you taking the extra time to try to brush out his mats. The butt scooting is a bit unnerving.

Hi, We love the groomers and the store experience. The last few times I've brought Biscuit in I've noticed a difference in the business operations, with no ability to call the store and have someone answer, and twice now Biscuit has been there all day because the groomers seem to have been overbooked. I'm just wondering if something changed in the business model? If the groomers are overbooked, at the very least it would be helpful to call them and get an answer rather than leaving a message elsewhere and getting a call back. We'd prefer not to leave Biscuit from 9am-4:30pm or 5:30pm, and understand that there are always days that things don't pan out (staff calls in sick, something comes up unexpectedly), but it seems to be more of a change in the business model that is causing this to happen rather than a one off event. That said, again, the people are fantastic, their skill in grooming is awesome, and the store remodel is really nice. We only have good things to say about Groom Dog Spaw and this feedback is private for the owner.

Everyone is so friendly and gives my dog a beautiful groom. The gentleman groomer is wonderful and so kind!!

Goose's first ever full groom appt and although word had it he didn't like it much, they did a great job giving him his "summer cut". He looks great! Thanks for your patience and care of Goose!
