The grooming was excellent, as always. but, i would appreciate having him handed over with his harness on. I asked for help as he was very squirmy but that didn't happen.

We have been more than happy with Groom, and Morty (the dog) seems to revel in his freshly groomed appearance. Staff is welcoming and great with the dog.

Amazing job!

I asked for a "teddy bear face" for my dog and even showed a picture. This was my second time grooming here and I had asked for the same "teddy bear face" last visit. Her face was groomed too pointy at the last visit, but I was told there would be notes placed in her chart and next time would be better. When I brought her in today I was told there were no notes. I showed the person that checked her in a picture, but apparently this was never conveyed to the groomer. Again she had a pointy face (rather than full teddy bear)! To their credit, they put the notes in as we spoke and said when I bring my dog in next time there would be a discount. They are trying to make things right so I will give them another chance.

I appreciate when the nail dremmel are done w care & are short not rushed. It does look a little hectic back there but everyone is very nice. I like the online booking. My last appt on 2/23, the european? woman dragged piper by the leash on the floor to the table instead of just picking her up (mb because she was wearing all black). I've never seen her before but all the many times I've come, piper is picked up and carried. I didn't like piper's fearful body dragged on the ground. I didn't say anything but it did bother me.

I love your staff at Groom as they have come to know Bijou. I have to say though, she usually gets a great groom from Cindy. I don’t know if Cindy was the one who took care of Bijou this time around, but Bijou is very uneven. I tried to trim some of it down, but can not fix the original rough cut. Her face is a little ragged and her legs are also ragged.

It has taken me a long time to find someones to trim my dogs nails. He gets so upset I have to drug him. At Groom Dog Spaw my dog Data loves those 2 groomers. They do an excellent job taking care of their animals. And, his nails are actually being trimmed. He's a short hair and every now and then I give him a real groom with wash that I will definitely get at GDS!
