Every part of the process from scheduling, to drop off and pick up was seamless. Maddie looked great after she was cleaned up and trimmed. If she doesn't like a place believe me she will let me know. But she was perky and relaxed when I picked her up. That is a very big compliment!!!

He looks great, and came home happy! No anxiety at drop-off either. Always a great, careful haircut, never any nicks. Friendly staff, I like that they know my dog but always check about what cut we want. Good feeling facility. The dogs seem relaxed.
