My yorkie looks great after the haircut. Hair not too short and well balanced with the face hair cut. I liked that the dogs run free after the groom as it is long time they need to stay in there.

Friendly staff. My dog looks happy and well-groomed upon each grooming appt. Easy to get appointments and always honor given pick-up times.

Groom is excellent. Lily always looks beautiful after being groomed @ Groom! She is also happy to go there.

Remy looked great! But she was #2 to be dropped off on Sat AM and wasn't ready until after 12pm. I don't love the idea of her being in a small wall-crate for 4 hours so in the future it would be great to know if she can be groomed right away...or we can bring her in a little later, closer to the time she'll actually be groomed.

Excellent groomers! My puppy has only been twice and was quite nervous but with the care you give him he got an excellent haircut and left happy! Thank you
