Drop off at 8:50am and got a call around 10:30am that my dog was ready for pickup. Courteous and friendly staff.

Cookie looks great! It was a bit weird to be handed someone elses dog when I went to pick up my puppy.
I also think for new puppy owners (new dog owners), being talked through the ways that puppies get cut and how we would want her to look would be helpful. Right now, it seems like we should know all of this -- but this is my first dog (and I love her!) but I have no idea how grooming is supposed to work (esp given the expensive price point, would be great to get some more friendly suggestions).

I specifically asked for his face and importantly his eyes to be cleaned up. When I arrived to pick him up I had to ask for his eyes to be cleaned up. They were hardly trimmed. His face also needed to be cut more but I didn’t ask. I cut his face when he came home.

Normally you guys are 5 stars but her last trim was really really short on the legs and stomach but it doesn't look like her tail was trimmed much at all, so she is a little uneven. Would prefer equal trimming on back of legs, stomach and tail. You guys are still the best and Roxy loves to come see you :-)
