Ralphie got an awesome haircut! Haley was great with him and clearly heard what I wanted for him for his cut. It did take nearly 3.5hrs though, due to another dog taking time, so maybe next time maybe a heads up by phone and an estimated time? Challenging driving from Novato thru rush hour traffic & wrangling a fussy toddler at the same time. Other than that, Haley was great!

Been coming for years and always have great service! They really are very kind to my dog who hates having her nails trimmed. We love Spot!

Dash came back looking gorgeous as usual! You take such good care with these little pup’s and he is much more relaxed at Spot now. Would never take him anywhere else to be groomed than “Spot” Thanks Aaron.

Good customer service and intake, good bath and cut, only complaint was that the haircut was not as requested. Maybe take a little more time in the intake to ask about all parts of the dogs (head, neck, legs, back, underside) or get this information on a pre-screen at booking.

Thanks for such kind service. Our puppy came home with a pep in his step (and could finally see through his eyebrow hairs). We'll be coming back for sure!
