The haircut was a bit choppy looking and Sadie seemed quite nervous after it. I would like to try a different groomer for her next time. She is a timid but sweet dog and needs a little extra patience.

This is the best salon for dogs. They are courteous, punctual, very gentle with the dogs, and excellent at styling. I can't stay enough. I have tried many salons, and they are the easiest to work with. They take notes, and actually read them before each visit. Unlike many other salons, they actually LISTEN to the dog owners. thank you thank you thank you.

this last haircut took too long (3 hours) not cranky, totally understand you were slammed w dogs but i am hopeful next go round we can make the haircut time much shorter
