I think that Natalie does a really great job. She is very friendly and proactive and seems like she likes her job very well. My dog came out cleaned and well-groom and looks like he was taken cared of. The amount of time they had my dog was sufficient. Not too long and they called me as soon as my dog was ready. I left my credit card there accidentally and she called me back to pick it up. Overall I am satisfied with the service provided. Thanks.

Would have given 5 stars if (1.) I got the phone call that she was ready. I was informed at dropoff that someone from Groom would call me. (2.) Nails are trimmed more - they were barely trimmed.

I had an appt for Friday, 2/3 @ 10 a.m. at the Stanyan store. It was cancelled at 8. At 9:30, you had rescheduled me for 10 at the Clement store. a big THANK YOU!!!! Appreciate you squeezing Buddy in.
